  • Aluguei o apartamento com um grupo de casais amigos para a passagem de ano 2009/2010. Foi a primeira vez que fui para S?o Martinho do Porto nesta ?poca e adorei, muito por causa do apartamento. Casa muito espa?osa e acolhedora, num condom?nio luxuoso com garagem o que deu imenso jeito. Apesar de n?o estar no centro da vila o apartamento est? bastante pr?ximo da praia (10min a p?) e do supermercado. Os donos (incluindo a Sr. "keyholder") foram muito simp?ticos, honestos, cumpridores de prazos e atenciosos. Nada a apontar. A repetir!!
    Aconselho vivamente este apartamento para qualquer altura do ano e para qualquer tipo de f?rias. Miguel from Lisbon, Portugal 29 December - 1st January
  • "We had a lovely break in your apartment - the apartment is really gorgeous and the area in general is lovely! The location was perfect for accessing so many nice towns & beaches. We got a chance to enjoy the pool and we took advantage of the tennis court too! We did a day trip to Fatima which was really nice and we really enjoyed a day in Nazare - great restaurants and a real holiday atmosphere! We also spent a lovely afternoon in Foz...the week just flew by! Food was such good value there - really feel like we're being ripped off at home. And the wine was really good too! Also we found Pauline to be very helpful during our stay. We would certainly recommend the apartment to other people!"

  • "We had a wonderful week at your apartment. Being our first visit to this part of Portugal, we weren't sure what to expect, but I have to say that we certainly weren't disappointed! The apartment was superb. It had everything we needed and was extremely spacious and comfortable. It's in a great location, with the bars, restaurants and beach so close, as well as a new supermarket round the corner.
    We spent several days exploring the area, and still didn't manage to see everything we wanted to. We loved the old walled town of Obidos with its narrow streets; and the long drive to the Convent at Tomar was definately worth the trip.
    The remains of the Roman town at Conimbriga were stunning with the vast mosaic floors. We spent a day in Lisbon and climbed up to the Castle to look out over the city, then took the tram back down to the main square for a coffee and a spot of people watching. We even managed to see the amazing dinosaur footprints and had the whole place to ourselves.
    Between our sightseeing, we also spent a couple of lazy days by the pool which was fabulous.
    A superb part of Portugal, and a lovely apartment which we would certainly recommend and even hope to visit again sometime soon."

  • "Thank you for a lovely stay at this fabulous apartment which catered for all our needs. The selection of DVDs was an added bonus for night time viewing. An excellent apartment in showroom like condition ideally located 10minutes walk from the beach. The kids loved the walk along the boardwalk to the sand dunes & paddling in the pools of water on the beach. We particularly liked the beach at Foz d'Arelho which we visited twice.
    My wife and 3 kids (had a great time) have just returned from this lovely apartment located in an area of Portugal with numerous attractions. We really enjoyed this unspoilt part of Portugal and coming back to a luxurious comfortable apartment crowned an excellent holiday that we would whole heartedly recommend to everyone-simply put we will be back!"   • "It was a fantastic two bedroom apartment that comfortably slept 5 adults with a double sofa-bed. The furniture and furnishings are all new and of good quality. It was great to have a large dining table to eat from but most nights the five of us squeezed on to the balcony to eat and drink. We had a car but walked to the supermarket and beach on almost every occasion. The apartment pool and tennis court were also fantastic and we made good use of both. The apartments location to several sightseeing towns, beaches and golf courses is ideal if you have a car. It was also an easy one hour drive from Lisbon were we flew in and a relaxing two and a bit drive from Porto were we flew out. The location therefore allows for great sighseeing opportunities of these two great cities. We had a wonderful six days seeing the sights (Obidos, Nazare and the lovely local town & beach). Played an enjoyable game of golf at Praia d'el Rey Golf and Beach resort. Phone PAGS 00351 289 310 630 to organise a game and receive a discount. Price reduced from 100? to 65?!   • "O apartamento ? excelente, com todas as condi??es para umas ferias relaxantes. A sensa??o de que est? longe do centro e da praia ? apenas ilusoria e assim que come?amos a caminhar percebemos que conseguimos "juntar o util ao agradavel" fazendo exercicio fisico sem qualquer esfor?o. S?o cerca de 7minutos a p? at? ? praia... por ruas planas. O condominio ? agradavel, aparentemente seguro, a piscina refrescante e uma boa alternativa ? praia nos dias em que o Sol teima em pregar partidas, e o court de tenis agradavel para a pratica do desposto. Recomendo e sugiro este local. Quanto ao pre?o, atendendo ?s condi?oes do apartamento ? justo. Relativamente aos proprietarios - simpaticos, cumpridores de prazos, interessados, e honestos.
